Return Window
30 days from delivery. Items must be uninstalled, in original packaging, with all included hardware and documentation.
Condition
We accept returns for defective parts (manufacturing flaws) or incorrect shipments. We don't accept returns for:
- Parts you modified, filed, or drilled
- Cosmetic scratches from test-fitting
- Installation damage
- Build compatibility issues—check specs before ordering
Restocking
No restocking fee for defective items or our errors. For 'changed mind' returns on non-defective items: 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging.
Process
Start all returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. We'll provide an RMA number and shipping address. Don't ship without an RMA—we won't be able to process it.
